Shawn and Brandy are a husband-and-wife real estate team proudly serving Harford, Baltimore, Baltimore City, Carroll, and Cecil Counties. They’ve been working together since 2021, combining Brandy’s 11+ years of real estate experience and expert negotiation skills with Shawn’s legal expertise as an attorney since 2005 and a licensed real estate agent since 2021.

Their approach is simple: treat everyone like family. They believe in guiding and educating clients every step of the way so they can make informed, confident decisions. Shawn and Brandy specialize in helping estate clients, first-time homebuyers, move-up and move-down buyers, and first responders. Whether they’re helping someone find their dream home or assisting families navigating the emotional process of selling an estate property, they are there to make the journey smooth and meaningful.

Outside of real estate, they love spending time with their two adult daughters. Their oldest is a homeowner at just 23 years old, and their youngest is a junior at The Ohio State University, where she plays on the women’s lacrosse team and studies public policy.

Giving back to their community is important to both of them. Shawn serves on the boards of Calvert Hall College and the Family Crisis Center of Baltimore County and is part of the legislative committee for the Harford County Association of Realtors. Brandy also contributes locally by serving on the board of their homeowners association.
